Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order through our website as usual

2. At checkout, select Bank Deposit as your payment method

3. Submit your order — we’ll review it and be in touch if we need anything else (like a purchase order)

If you’ve ordered with us before, or you’re a government-funded organisation submitting an official purchase order, your order will usually be approved quickly.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95 across Australia.

Orders of in-stock items are shipped from Melbourne within 2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Regional Victoria: 4 days

• Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide: 2–4 days

• Brisbane, Tasmania: 3–5 days

• Perth, Darwin: 5–8 days

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with an Australia Post Tracking Number. Use this number on the Australia Post website to track your parcel’s status.

• Items must be returned in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date.

• Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect.
